Diamond Lager yeast is a lager strain from Germany. It has a robust character and delivers great fermentation performance. This yeast can produce authentic lagers. Styles brewed with Diamond yeast, but not limited to, are: Dortmunder, Munich Helles, German Pilsner, Export, Bohemian Pilsner, American Pilsner, Vienna Lager, Oktoberfest/Märzen, Dark American Lager, Munich Dunkel, Schwarzbier, Traditional Bock, Doppelbock, Eisbock and California Common.
